JOB TITLE:  Groundskeeper II

ASSIGNMENT:          Under general direction, the successful candidate will use hand tools, weed eaters, lawn mowers, and other grounds equipment for grounds maintenance, which includes pruning trees and maintaining gardens; help to move boxes, furniture, and equipment as requisitioned by various departments; and performing all other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Physical fitness

• Two years grounds/gardening experience

• Valid USVI driver’s license with ability to drive both auto and standard vehicle

COMPENSATION:    The salary range for this position is $8.69 to $10.59 per hour.  Benefits include Virgin Islands Government Retirement Plan and a comprehensive group medical, dental, and life insurance program.
